🔄 SunnahSelects Return & Refund Policy

At SunnahSelects, your satisfaction matters to us. We ensure quality products, but if there’s any issue, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

🕒 Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and spiritual product care reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used Tasbeeh

  • Worn or used items

  • Customized or special-order products

 

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear pictures of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  3. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please do not send any item back without confirmation from our team.

 

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (if applicable).

 

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
